Exceptions — Refunds May Be Issued Only in the Following Cases:

A refund will be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate payment made by mistake
  2. Technical billing issue originating from our system
  3. Payment processed but access not granted within 3 business days

Processing Timeline
